What are the requirements to be a beach lifeguard?

To become a beach lifeguard, you must complete an appropriate training course and gain a beach lifeguard qualification. The national standard for beach lifeguarding is the RLSS UK’s National Vocational Beach Lifeguard Qualification (NVBLQ). Upon completing and passing the training, you would meet the requirements to be a beach lifeguard.
