The National Lifesaving Academy (NLA) is available for children who have completed the Rookie Lifeguard programme or are older than the programme's requirements. The RLSS UK NLA awards are a progressive suite of awards that teach personal survival, first aid, CPR, rescue, and fitness skills to anyone aged 12 and over.
