If you've lost access to your First Aid resources because you haven't delivered a First Aid course within a year or haven't submitted your annual IQA, don't worry. Here's what you need to do:
- Contact RLSS UK Qualifications Compliance Team: Call them on 0300 323 0096 when you're ready to deliver your next course.
- You'll be granted temporary access to your resources.
- Ensure you appoint a suitably qualified Internal Quality Assurer to complete a face-to-face IQA.
- Upload the completed IQA to the course management system by completing the First Aid TA Annual IQA form.
Providing the IQA meets our compliance checks this will be logged against your account and resources added for 12 months from the date the IQA was completed.
By following these steps, you'll be able to access your resources again and continue delivering your courses.
