To keep assessments fair and consistent, Trainer Assessors must not carry out assessments or reassessments at the same venue more than four consecutive times for the same RLSS UK qualification or award.
This helps prevent assessors from becoming too familiar with a venue and supports consistency by rotating Trainer Assessor regularly.
Trainer Assessors and centres must work together to monitor assessment activity, make sure this rule is followed, and keep clear and accurate records as evidence.
If an exception is needed, it must be clearly explained, applied for in advance, approved by the RLSS UK Compliance Team, and recorded for audit purposes.
