The RLSS UK Rookie Lifeguard Beach programme teaches children aged 8 to 12 years basic rescue and lifesaving skills in a beach environment. It equips them with the essential knowledge to recognise hazards, respond effectively in emergency situations, and stay safe in, on and around water.
