A NRASTC course is a supervision and rescue award for swimming teachers and coaches. It is designed for facilities with no lifeguard or first aid backup for staff teaching swimming lessons. A NRASTC LIGHT version of the course is also available for venues that provide lifeguard or first aid backup.
