IQA must be conducted by suitably qualified Internal Quality Assurers who have the necessary knowledge and experience to make informed decisions.
IQA involves various types of checks, including face-to-face observations, remote reviews and document reviews. These checks help verify that the assessment practices align with our standards.
IQA processes often include maintaining a risk register to monitor the performance of trainers and assessors. This helps identify areas where additional support.
IQA is not just about compliance; it also focuses on continuous improvement. Feedback from IQA activities is used to enhance the quality of training and assessment practices.
By implementing effective IQA processes our Approved Training Centres or Providers can ensure that the qualifications are delivered to a high standard and that candidates receive fair and accurate assessments.
