The Save a Life Series z-cards are available to order either from the RLSS UK Shop or via your RLSS UK Account depending on the type of workshop you are hosting.
Here are instructions to help you place your order:
If you are running a donation-based workshop, you can order Save a Life Series z-cards for free by either calling the RLSS UK Shop on 0300 323 0096 or by visiting the RLSS UK Shop website and typing in ‘Save a Life/Baby/Child/Adult’ into the search bar. You’ll then see the Save a Life Series z-cards in the search results; add the resources you require to your basket and then complete your shop order as usual. You can also view the full Save a Life Series z-card collection at https://shop.rlss.org.uk/collections/save-a-life-series.
Alternatively, if you are running a pay-to-attend workshop, you can purchase the Save a Life Series z-cards through your RLSS UK Account. Please follow these instructions to place your order:
- Sign in to your RLSS UK Account.
- Click on the three-line icon (Burger menu) at the top right of the navy-blue bar on your screen.
- Select ‘prepurchase’ from the drop-down menu.
- Select the organisation as Royal Life Saving Society UK.
- Select the type of Event/Course you wish to run – new or renewal.
- Select the type of course you’re running (e.g. Save a Baby’s Life).
- Choose the delivery address to which the resources need to be sent.
- Then, add the number of resources you wish to order.
The system will then automatically calculate the total value of your order, and you can then select the delivery option.
Once your order has been finalised, you have the option to create an invoice where you can select either ‘pay by card’ or ‘purchase order’ payment methods. The system will then ask you to agree to RLSS UK’s terms of service.
Paying by Debit/Credit Card
If you chose the pay by card payment method, you’ll need to enter your payment card details, including:
- Name on the card
- The card number (long number)
- The card expiry date (month and year)
- The three security digits (on the reverse of the card)
- The postcode for the address the card is registered to
Once your transaction is completed, your RLSS UK Account will show a box saying that it has been verified. Your order will then be processed and shipped as usual.
Paying by Purchase Order
If you would prefer to pay by purchase order, you will need to upload a PDF or Microsoft Word copy of your purchase order to complete your order. Please follow these instructions to place your order:
- Select Pay by Purchase Order.
- Enter your Purchase Order Number in the request box (e.g. 00001).
- Then, upload your PDF or Microsoft Word document in the box provided.
Once you are happy you have uploaded the correct file, click ‘submit purchase order’.
All purchase orders are reviewed by the RLSS UK Finance team and are acknowledged and approved within 24 hours. After you have received approval from the RLSS UK Finance team, your order will continue to be processed and shipped as usual.
